“A good central option for a short trip”
The best

It's a good and affordable option if you're looking for accommodation in the center of Madrid for a short trip. The location is perfect and the room has all the basic amenities(wifi, air-conditioning, small fridge,tv).Lily was very friendly and helpful.

To be improved

The room was a bit small but if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in the room it's ok. The air-conditioning was very loud

“The only real pro is the position”
The best

The position was nice, very close to Gran Via and to the underground, and the staff is nice.

The room is way smaller than expected from pictures, there's no space at all to place your things, and didn't seem so clean. Booking says there's AC, but there's a machine on the floor producing a continuous and strong noise that makes it difficult to sleep, and it doesn't refresh much either. The toilet is really, really small and the shower suddenly passes from super hot to crazy cold.

The best

Cheap, good location. No communal fridge or anything, and the shower broke while we were there but it was repaired…just had to listen to water running all night. Also left an expensive pair of shoes on the small balcony when in a rush to check out and when I messaged to see if they had been found I was told everything left in the rooms is immediately thrown away so be careful not to accidentally leave anything here!

Not the best communication, nobody on site if a problem arises.

We paid all but we couldn't enter because their check-in is from 2 to 6pm! We didn't look at this precision at the moment of booking. On arrival at Madrid at 8pm we went to the hotel but they didn't open the door nor did they answer to any of their two phones to which we called insistently! No refund at all, they take no responsibility. A huge shame. We had to find another place to sleep.
