Pensión Garibai

Clean and practical and a great location.

Location was great, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location amazing. So close to everything San Sebastián had to offer. Anna was very informative and offered us valuable information of where to go and recommended places to eat.

The pension was situated very close to the old city and the river making it easy to travel around Donostia, which is a stunning destination. The bedrooms were large and we had twin beds as we had asked. The AC failed at one point (repaired the same day) so we were moved to a family suite. Brilliant! There was a coffee machine which served brilliant hot chocolate as well as coffee and a large kettle for tea drinkers. The room was spotless, the staff lovely and the receptionist so kind. Needless to say the pension was surrounded by stunning eateries and five minute walk from the pintzo centre of the universe.

The room was very comfortable with a small balcony that overlooked the street. We had everything we needed and enjoyed free use of the pod coffee machine in reception. The pension is close to the old town, the beach and not far from the river. Spoilt for choice for bars and restaurants.
