The best

It is located at a quiet back of a square where you can meet lovely locals. There's a very nice cafe, Haven which we frequented and you can look at the Gugenheim Museum as you sip your coffee/wine.

To be improved

The room was extremely small and bed was a small queen size that squeaked. There was hardly any room to walk around once you put down your luggage of one mid sized bag each. It looked very different to the one in the picture. The attached bath was good enough though. Walls between the rooms were very thin so you can hear what the next door is doing! Also the spam of emails so they can save on having a person there for check in was quite irritating as info came in bits in a uncoordinated way. When we arrived inside the hallway, we had to ask repeatedly which room we had - very poor service.

The best

It was actually very quiet and comfortable. It was within easy walking distance to the Guggenheim and downtown Bilbao. Code access made it easy to get in and out.

Great small apartment in a really convenient location. Suited our needs very well.

To be improved

Registration process. As I was walking across parts of Spain and booking a lot of accommodation, when I got the booking confirmation and a request to register, I did so straight away to save time and issues later. The day before staying in the accommodation, I got a request to register again and had to complete this. This should not have been necessary.

“Great place for a short visit in Bilbao”

The best

Amazing host , great communication and hospitality, perfect location, comfortable beds , hot shower ,fridge and AC. Very quiet area , close to all tourist spots. Would be great to have some spoons , fork and a knife in the room. We couldn’t even mix tea or coffee or make a sandwich. Bin would be useful too. That’s are just minor suggestions to make your place even more fantastic
