No kitchen, no microwave, no water dispenser, water had limestone on 5th day, no heating of water in room, no food allowed, no washing machine allowed even though there were 4 machines!

Bed was comfortable. There was a sink in the room which was convenient.

To be improved

I had a bike with me. My room was on the 2nd floor, so had to carry my bike and panniers up to the room. The description didn't indicate bikes, but a lot of accommodations accept bikes but don't list it. Minor inconvenience and glad I was able to stay.

“A miserable dump: good for washing and sleeping but nothing else.”

Th room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable.

To be improved

1. Reception was bad. I arrived at the agreed time and first had to climb stairs with ll my luggage to the owner’s flat. I rang the bell, and had a very long wiat before he could be bothered to answer me. Then down the stairs, into another building and up more stairs. Of course the owner did not help with my luggage, he just took my money and gave me the key and sent me off. 2. Wi-fi password was given in a very inconvenient way, and since I needed many attempts to log on this was really painful. 3. Wi-fi did not work in my room, attempts to do my online banking were a frustrating failure. I had to go to the front of the building to get a good signal, and here it was very hot and uncomfortable. 3. The light in the room was too dim for reading. Besides this there was no desk nor table that could be used for study. 4. There was no kettle, so no way to make a hot drink.
