“Very disappointing”

The location is right in the heart of the old town, which is great for bar-hopping. However, it was quite noisy at night, with drunk people walking around and talking loudly until late, so I had trouble sleeping.

To be improved

When I booked, the room was £200 per night, and we chose this hotel because there were no other options of similar price range at the time. The room was very old, small, and damp. The bed linen and towels were worn and didn’t feel very clean. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and strong deodorants had been placed in the room and corridor to mask it. The scent was so overpowering that it gave me a headache. There’s no air conditioning, so the room gets very hot in summer. But if you open the window to cool down, the street noise makes it impossible to sleep. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price, and I would not recommend it.

“Not bad 💪”

The best

San Sebastian is expensive for accommodation so this was reasonably priced compared to others. Good shower. hard bed but that's what I like.

To be improved

No staff to check you in, seems a bit impersonal but seems to be the way a lot of establishments are going now. No air con but there was an electric fan .

No light or air as only window was on interior light well, didn’t open window due to smells from restaurant below. Corridor and lift very narrow if you are travelling with a baby buggy or big case

No breakfast. The problem was absolute absence of cattle - no chance to prepare coffee or tea.

To be improved

Very few space. No air conditioner. Huge noise from the bar at the first floor - with closed window - no problem, but also no air..

Oso zentrikoa eta oinarrizko ezaugarriak betetzen ditu. Egonaldi laburretarako egokia. Gela hartzeko eta gelatik alde egiteko prozesua automatikoa da, baina argi azalduta dago eta erraz egiten da.
