“Holiday in the best Basque City!”
The best

Location is the best in San Sebastián! My room with a balcony is a plus! Laminate wood flooring is a plus for me! Just 2 blocks to Old Town to have the Best Pintxos(tapas) in the world. Best and endless great shopping, cafes, just a round the corner. Concha Beach is 3 blocks away, great clean beach and warm in July, loved it! Wi-Fi is very good.

To be improved

Wish to have padded chair in the room.

Would be good to have a blind or something to block out that light when sleeping. Would be good to label each of the doors to the room (ie using something green on the door of our room).”

Great location, perfect to have the use of the communal kitchen. Luis was so helpful and super attentive on WhatsApp for everything we needed.

The best

Good location.

To be improved

Room expensive and no breakfast supplied. Bathroom tiles mouldy. Chicken was complicated as the owner was not on the side and had to rely on an accurate time of arrival. This was difficult as we were on a train that was canceled and the time of arrival kept changing and ended up being earlier than we expected.

“Clean, good location, comfy bed, quiet , balcony views”
The best

The location was safe and convenient , in a residential building . The rooms are on the 4th floor . I had a small balcony and was able to sit out . It’s quiet in the room despite it being above a small local bar ( ground floor ) and being very central . The room was basic but very clean and the owner was very helpful and welcoming and switched my rooms when There was a cancellation . The communal kitchen area was so helpful - a big fridge , kettles to take to room, toaster , coffee machine, drinking water, coffee and tea available etc . I could have also left my luggage after check out if need be . The bed was comfortable and the pillows just right firmness. It was pretty quiet for the central location and I am very sensitive to noise . I was there only for one night but was very happy with my stay and wished it hadn’t been fully booked for the rest of my stay It was great value for me as a solo traveler .

To be improved

I can’t really think of anything I would dislike . My only feedback would be that if you are sensitive to noise like me , although it was pretty quiet , I did hear a little background so I wore earplugs. I also found the air conditioning a little noisy but couldn’t hear if with ear plugs and again I am sensitive! The property is not brand new but very clean .

“Great location and everything you could need for your stay. The room was cleaned every day and the towels and linen changed every couple of days. The shared kitchen had every kind of tea and coffee you could want. All areas of the city are within easy walking distance. The small balcony was a lovely outdoor space for breakfast or an evening drink. · Cons: Nothing”
