“Cons: I booked this room for three nights, but from the moment I walked in, it was a nightmare. The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke — a strong, heavy smell that hit me immediately. I opened the door and waited for hours hoping it would air out, but it actually nothing changed. The smell was overwhelming and gave me a headache. I went to reception and explained the situation. The staff member said she would speak to the manager, but when she came back, she told me there were no other rooms available and I had to stay in the same one. There was no apology, no solution, and no offer to help or make the stay more bearable. Even turning on the air conditioner made things worse — the smell intensified, so I had to turn it off and suffer through the heat instead. I didn’t receive anything extra or even a small gesture to make up for the awful experience. I ended up staying in that room for three nights because I had no other option, but it was miserable. I would never book this place again and absolutely do not recommend it.”
