There are NO positives other than its location being closer to the Guggenheim

The room reeked of smoke upon arrival, with flies buzzing around and several dead ones scattered across the windowsill - clear signs that cleanliness is not a priority. It was obvious someone had been smoking by the open window. Finding the property at night was difficult due to confusing roads, steep hills, and felt quite unsafe. It’s not suitable to people with bad knees. Once inside, things only got worse, the bright signs by the window made it nearly impossible to sleep, and the constant noise from cars/motorbikes just added to the chaos. The TV remote doesn’t work unless you’re standing very close. A truly miserable one-night stay - please book elsewhere and spare yourself the regret.

Best value for your money in Bilbao. Super easy to find and very close to the Guggenheim and the center. Room was very clean and the staff was nice. No complaint here
