“Great value for money!”

The best

1.The room is very spacious, with a big table, 3 beds, big TV. 2. The beds were very comfortable.we got 3 beds instead of 2. 3. I liked the location of the apartment: only 20 minutes walking from the city center and 4 minutes away from one of Zaragoza's train stations (Zaragoza Portilla) in case you have some regional transport. Nearby you can find market shops, restaurants, the palace and a park. 3. The room and the shared bathrooms were generally clean. 4. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

To be improved

1. The walls are very thin and you can hear anything from the door handles to your neighbours' coughing / mobile alarm. 2. There was only one outlet at hand in the room to charge phones etc. I believe a second one was placed behind the table but not at reach. Should have been at least 2 at hand since it was a double room. 3. The room was generally clean, however there were big long hairs on the pillow which might have fallen from the person making the bed, however wasn't a nice finding. 4. There is no envelope for the blanket, just a rather short sheet so most of the time you touch directly the blanket you wrap yourself in, which I doubt is washed as often as the sheet.
