The best

Great stay at pension Larrea for a short break. The rooms were comfy, clean and quiet despite being in the heart of the old city of San Sebastián where it's all happening. A short walk to the playas and the shopping areas.

The best

The location of the guesthouse is great, making it easy to get around. However, the management experience was not ideal. We never met the host, and despite it being clearly stated that payment would be made on-site, we found out that the amount had already been charged to our card without any authorization. After my complaint, they agreed to send someone to collect the payment in cash and initiated a refund to the card. The rooms are quite small, and moving around with three people can be challenging, but overall, the great location somewhat makes up for these issues
