The location was brilliant, rooms were clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

To be improved

On numerous evenings other guests were very noisy into early hours up to 4am. On our 4th evening there was significant disturbance and fighting occurring in the room next door to ours again well into the early hours. The rooms are not sound-proofed and as there are no staff overnight you cant report this. Unfortunately due to this we left our stay here 2 days early as we did not get any sleep and felt rather uncomfortable and unsafe. It is a shame other guests spoilt our stay, staff were lovely and it would be helpful if there was overnight presence or at least a reporting line to report unsavoury guests after reception hours.

The best

I had a good stay at this hostel in Valencia. The location is great ,so perfect for exploring the city. The staff was really friendly and allowed us to drop off our luggage at 10 AM, which was very convenient.

To be improved

It was very hot and there was a fan in the room, but it wasn’t enough to cool things down. A little cockroach even showed up in the evening because of the heat 😅 But everything else was clean. Thanks to the team!

“nightmare, avoid at all costs”

We've stayed one night, because the rooms were unlivable: dark, humid, hot. There wasn't any AC to help, just a small fan. Someone slept in the shared bathroom, and the floor smelled like crap. We couldn't sleep at all, we felt physically sick due to these conditions, and it cost 294€ to find a livable place. As the owner of the accommodation refused to give back the price of the 4 nights we did not spend there (I'm pretty sure the room was rented out the very same day we left, as it is in the city center), I'm stuck with 20% of the original price in Booking credits.... Honestly, I would recommend avoiding this place if possible, it doesn't give what it offers and keeps your money. The rating on this site is not valid at all in my opinion, it's so much worse. I'm disappointed and sad.

“loved it”

The best

I can say I liked really everything. People were quiet, everyone was minding their own business, and the personel was great. We were always coming back to clean towels and everything on its place just the way we left it. The location was great also. Shops we needed were close, restaurants and everything except the beach, but that was not a problem
