“Such a cozy and welcoming place!”

The room was super comfy and really clean. The place had a warm, homey vibe and felt very welcoming. It's in a great location, right on a street full of well-known bars, which was super convenient. Even though it’s in a lively area, the room was really quiet thanks to good soundproofing. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to my questions. I also received great recommendations on where to go and what to check out, so even with a short stay, I got to enjoy San Sebastián to the fullest. I would definitely love to stay here again!

“Will definitely stay again..”

Fabulous location right in the centre of the Old Town, and about 5 mins walk to the beach too. Super efficient balcony doors kept out any street noise, I'm a light sleeper and never heard a thing outside. Immaculately clean - I had a room with a shared bathroom and it was cleaner than my own bathroom at home (!) - you wouldn't know you are sharing with 2 other rooms. Luca and his colleague were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Clean sheets and towels, water in fridge restocked, waste bin emptied etc. Easy check in, there is a lift to the apartments, and Luca was there to greet me on arrival. Felt safe even late at night, main corridor had CCTV which was reassuring too. I travel with my own kettle/hairdryer etc but Luca did offer to provide them if needed (hairdryer is in the bathroom for general use) - ask if you need a kettle! Ironing board in the room too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Luca x

Nothing really - there is no aircon which I was aware of on booking, but the weather was very hot during my stay. There is a good ceiling fan which did its job, but its not aircon so if you need a cold room that may be something to consider. The room was quite expensive considering it had the shared bathroom, BUT, still better value than other places in San Sebastian seeing as Bruce Springsteen was in town and accommodation was at a premium. Still would stay again!! 👍

Great place in the heart of old town, small but tidy and clean. Host speaks good english and gives plenty recomendations.

To be improved

Its not a issue with the apartament but keep in mind there is a club close by which opens on friday, it migh be an issue if you are a light sleeper
