“Very good.”
The room was spotless. Clean and fresh. Parking is free and onsite. San Sebastián is only a 20 minute train journey that is around €6 return. The train station itself is only 15 minute walk from the property. The TV in the room has internet access meaning you can watch Netflix. Finally, the receptionist was very helpful and polite. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp.
No hand soap in bathroom.
“Easy check in, plenty of parking space, clean and new facilities · Cons: All good, it's obviously far from any point of interest but if you have a car that's ok”

“Good value · Cons: Breakfast was very limited”
Good value
Breakfast was very limited
“We spent one night at this hotel in the Basque Country, and let’s just say — one night was enough. It felt like a converted worker’s dormitory dropped in the middle of nowhere, with absolutely nothing around unless you count a few confused sheep. The room was renovated and looked fine at first glance — as long as you didn’t peek under the bed. On the bright side, the mattress was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Just be prepared: the Basque language is completely incomprehensible (even Google Translate gave up), and the prices were easily triple what we paid in Portugal. · Cons: Definitely wouldn’t recommend stopping here even for a casual beer — unless you enjoy being completely ignored at the bar for 20 minutes, possibly because you don’t look local enough. As for breakfast, we tried a café in town and that was another mistake: overpriced toast with some awful processed cheese pretending to be food. The only redeeming thing? The coffee — and, honestly, the best part of the whole experience was leaving the town altogether.”

“Definitely not worth the money”
We stayed at the hotel during the Easter holiday, when it was difficult to find anything reasonably priced. So, choosing this hotel wasn’t intentional—we simply had to find something outside of San Sebastián. The hotel was clean, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. There was no water, tea, or coffee provided. At least they gave us a small amount of body wash and a towel. Other than that, there was really nothing. Meanwhile, it was the most expensive hotel in our trip
