“First the location, then the absolute cleanliness, the price, the kindness of the lady in charge. She even gave us( when we asked) two glasses and a corkscrew for our fine but affordable 😉 red wine ), the three external bathrooms,the balcony and the little elevator, very useful. · Cons: The room is very small ( but we knew that) the smell of the drain ( she must put something in it, because even if she cleans all days, the installation and the pipes are old)”

The location was absolutely fantastic as it was right in the centre of town and was very well priced. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean and functional. Had a washbasin in the room which was helpful.

Small room. Check in was a bit confusing and communication with the lady who helped us was not so smooth given our barely there grasp of Spanish!

“Great stay for more than reasonable price.”
The best

Very nice and friendly lady who received us during check in. Beware to communicate in advance the check in time. Location is fantastic, close proximity to many landmarks and restaurants. Apartment is very clean and are cleaned on daily basis. Bed amd pillows are also comfortable.

To be improved

Nothing really but a small mirror would be appreciated in the room, but not a must.
