The bar was fine,and the food was good.

To be improved

Tired interior, very shabby. No WiFi and sockets unusable.Only washbasin room, with cold water only. Shared toilet and showers off corridor.

We didn't receive the indications on where to find the keys plus nooone responded to our phonecall when we arrived, took us ages to get in as the person responsable only responded to email not the phone number given.

To be improved

There were no towels for us, the corridor was smelly (cigarettes) and the showres dirty with hair etc.inside. Very disappointing.

“Absolutely nothing about this apartment was likeable, in fact I would like a refund. · Cons: It was dirty, it was dark and very small. The shared bathrooms had dangerously loose light fittings with exposed wires inside the shower cubicle with cigarette burns also in the shower tray! The room and corridor smelt really badly of cigarette smoke. The room next door sounded like it was being rented by the hour and I felt so unsafe. It was a 40min walk away from the cathedral. They could not accommodate bag transport either. We had 2 ripped barber chairs in our room for some reason. The photos are no real representation of what you get. The dirt was thick on all surfaces, the skirting boards, the radiator was thick with sticky grime. One clean towel was on the bed that had stains in it and there was another damp towel lying behind the door. The hooks on the wall were hanging off. I cannot advise against this accommodation enough!”

“Good location, good stuff but really insufferable tobacco smell”

I liked the rooms size, the fornitures and the room is equipped with a TV. The stuff was really amazing, friendly and professional. Everything in place

To be improved

The worst thing, the room and corridors smell tobacco a lot. Fixing this would add really value to the hostel. The hostel description should state clearly the toilets and showers are shared.
