“Reeked of cigarettes, not clean”

The location was good. It was near a lot of bars and restaurants, within walking distance.

To be improved

The room was interior with little to no light. It reeked of cigarette smoke in the room (despite a giant "no smoking" sign on the door). When the receptionist opened the door to the room, she did not even look in to check and see it was ok, because if she had she would have noticed that it was not okay. We had to put the air freshener that was in the hallway in our room so we could even stay in the room without gagging. We had to call someone to let us in because no one was at reception when we arrived and we had to wait in the hallway. They said they had sent me a message asking to let them know when I was going to arrive, but I got the message two days after my check out (perhaps an error on booking's part). Easily the worst place Ive ever stayed in, especially given the unnecessarily high price due to semana santa.
