The location is exceptional and the staff are genuine, kind and helpful. The staff left my luggage in storage after check-out so I was able to explore the city freely and allowed me to check-in early too. Exceptional customer and client relations.

The best

The property is centrally located, with easy access to tourist attractions and a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The area feels safe to walk around at night. On our floor, it was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, with a decent TV, good air conditioning, and new furniture. The blackout blinds worked well, making the room nice and dark. The shower had good pressure and temperature control.

To be improved

The room is small. The check-in process after the front desk closes is a bit confusing. The bathroom only has one light above the mirror, which makes it quite dark. The bed came with only one large pillow. The room photos showed a minibar, but ours didn’t have one. The staff explained that not all rooms are equipped with it yet

The location is great and the staff was very supportive

To be improved

The trash bin in the toilet should have a lid. We heard a lot of noise from outside at midnight and one time from other rooms.
