Close to Sea Front and the town centre. Lift to rooms, Clean rooms

The street outside was dug up and closed completely so could not access by car. We were not advised of this before arrival so ended up parking a half hour walk away. A simple phone call or email to advise us would have prevented this and allowed us to identify a car park nearby.

Staff were lovely Beds were comfortable Very close central location Wardrobe to store clothes in and a clothes line out the window / in courtyard

To be improved

There was no coffee / tea / kettle in the room which would have added a more personal touch. We felt it was quite expensive given it was two single beds but I think there was an event on that weekend.

Very centrally located, a 2-minute walk to La Concha beach. Iñaki and Lisa were AMAZING hosts: kind, cheerful, and very very very welcoming and helpful!

Great location in centre and close to beach. Very clean. Nice staff.

To be improved

I found the decor very sterile, basic and the bathroom tiny. We had a room in the back of the building with ugly vista from balcony of laundry and other apartments. I didn’t realise a pension would be so much less nice than a hotel. We had stayed a few days before at a lovely small hotel in Biarritz for around the same price so this was so much less nice that I was surprised.
