The air conditioner is out of control, when one uses hit water in the bathroom it starts heating instead of cooling, the intensity of cooling was very strange, without air conditioner it is very hot and with it on it was too cold. And it works so loud that we could barely sleep. As a result we both had a running nose and bad headaches after an almost sleepless night. We tried to open the window for fresh air, in order not to use AC, but mosquitos didn't allow us to leave it open.

Deceiving pictures. It is not an Airbnb neither a hotel. It’s something in between. The room had the bare minimum. Backs to train tracks. No room to open luggage. No safety box. Empty shower dispenser. Noice of doors opening and closing all morning. No good communication. I asked through booking.com message to not enter the room while we were gone since there was no safety box, No tag for the door. The housekeeping entered anyway. Would never come back or ever recommend it.

Unfortunately, the stay did not live up to expectations. We arrived around 11:00 PM and, upon entering, noticed a strong musty smell, so we had to open the windows despite the late hour. Upon checking the room, we realized that the bed was not clean: there were hairs on the sheets (I took photos), and a lot of dust under the bed. The sofa was also visibly dirty. I immediately contacted the host, but the response was that it was “impossible” for the room to be in such condition, and that if we weren’t satisfied, we could go to another property. At 11 PM, that was clearly not a viable option. I had also reserved a parking spot in the garage, but I ended up leaving the car on the street. I’ve been using Booking for years and have never encountered a situation like this before. It’s really a shame, because with a bit more care for cleanliness and management, it could have been a completely different experience.
