You first sent a code for the front door and the room door. I read that I could leave my bag if I arrived early. I arrived early, around 2 pm, but there was no keypad on the front door. The door was locked, with no way in. I called the phone number and after waiting, someone finally answered. He said that I had to come back at 4:00. I explained that I needed to leave my bag. He finally opened the door remotely, and hung up before telling me where the lockers were. When I came back later, I didn’t know that you had sent me a digital key. So I was locked out. I called again, and after a long wait a nice woman answered. She tried to help me and after a few minutes finally told me they sent me a link with a digital key. I was finally able to get in. This whole experience was a big hassle and very stressful.

First of all, the smell in the common area and rooms is really bad, it is mold almost 100%, best guess buliding doesn't have ventilation system. In room there was cigarete smell, I notified owners and asked them to do something, but they failed to do anything. Second the entrance system didn't work for doors to the room, because the handle of the door was broken (probably from previous atempts to get in with online system, which is not convinent at all). We asked via whatsup for code to the old fashioned keys, and that worked fine. Also it could be cleaner - in common area, there were hair on the floor. Also we wanted to use kitchen area for our daughter to warm up the soup, but found out there is no kitchen equipment (plates, bowls,cutlery, nothing)... Also parking spots around the area are limited to max 2 hours (not the owners fault, but just to notify other users, that they will probably have to use garage 5 minutes away. All in all, I wouldn't recomend the stay until all the above things are improved,because with little effort this could be great stay..

Parking in the area was TERRIBLE Check in was TERRIBLE THEY FORGOT TO SEND CHECK IN EMAIL SO WE COULDN’T CHECK IN TOOK US OVER AN HOUR TO CHECK IN.

The only "staff" was via messaging, making access very challenging; we had to use a "digital key". While the concept has merit, we were traveling "off the grid" and if it had not been for the kindness of strangers allowing internet access, we would not have been able to get into our room.
