“Fantastic location and great service”
What a fabulous place to stay! The location is incredible - right on the edge of old town within easy walking distance to the bars and all of the attractions. The hotel is located on the Sarrieigi square, so they was no traffic noise, and the Brexta market is close by. The rooms are spacious and well appointed - I had a small balcony over De La Brecha Enparantza (park), and the hotel staff were very friendly. I appreciated the communal coffee machine for my. morning cup. This will be my first choice when I come back to Donostia.
“Great location and facilities”
I had a large, clean room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is on the second floor of a larger building with windows overlooking either a big boulevard or a smaller square, depending on which side of the building you are. Reception is manned from about 9:00-21:00 so there is an access code to get in out of these hours. I was impressed with the facilities - I had a kettle in my room, a fridge, and crockery and cutlery provided (bowl, knife, fork, spoon). In the corridor are coffee machines and small cakes, which was a nice touch. There was some noise from the boulevard outside but it wasn’t too bad. The WiFi worked well.
“Weekend away”
Fabulous place to stay right in the heart of the old town, very friendly staff, very clean and everything you need in the room, the little balcony was a lovely surprise feature too, definitely would recommend and stay again in the future
“Dirty hotel, tiny room”
Terrible hotel. Room was dirty and service was non existent. The staff refused to fix a leaky shower and there was hair and dust everywhere. For the price you pay you can do much better.
“Great! I would stay here again in the future.thank you!”
Great location, refrigerater, AC, coffee, window/terrace, helpful staff
TV either didn’t work or only played cable and local in Spanish. Not a big deal, I was only there to sleep and shower.
“Perfect location”
