The best

I liked the room, it was cosy and the bathroom was quite modern and had all the necessary installations and equipment.

To be improved

Outside our room was a construction site.

“When I eventually was given a bed . But not in Sotelo · Cons: I arrived at 10 30 pm at Sotelo. My allocated room was already occupied . I was given 3 other room number's, all of which were already occupied. I was eventually relocated in a different location . This process took over an hour later , I found it all very distressing . I asked fir compensation. I did not recieve anything or given an apology. My new accommodation was good . But the ordeal of earlier was unbelievable and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry after a 14 hour journey to get there”

There was no direct contact with anyone. All done by WhatsApp. Gaining entry was extremely difficult and frustrating.
