“We had great contact from Whatsapp about how to get our keys. Easy as anything..Fabulous room with air con on a hot day. Best of all a little reception area we.could use the fridge and freezer and eat with our children staying in a different.room.. · Cons: We had an impersonal message on booking.com from the pension which I found quite offhand and different to the useful and friendly messages received on whatsapp”
