“Fantastic Location!”
The best

Fabulous location, next to a cafe, very secure! Comfortable bed with clean bedding, small fridge, microwave plates and cutlery! Room 4 at the front of hotel with balcony, no road noise. Great shower with plenty of hot water! Kettle and coffee. Friendly staff.

To be improved

Just a small thing that makes all the difference!! Dirty corner of the shower could be easily rectified!! Air conditioning after being on for a while sounded like it was going to take off!! Had to turn it off!! Noise from upstairs until after midnight! Sounded like someone was moving furniture on wooden floor!!

Location (proximity to the beach) and our extremely warm and helpful hosts (especially Juan and the owner, whose name we didn’t catch)

Drinks were a little difficult - small sink so to refill water bottles via the little kettle

“Good value place to stay in a great location.”
The best

My daughter and I stayed here for a week so she could attend Spanish classes to help her with A level. Our room was great, very little noise despite being on a main street, great blinds and air conditioning, comfortable beds, tv, microwave and fridge. The shower was great after a day at the beach. We heard very little noise from other rooms. Very short walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to her language school, loads of shops and bars and restaurants to choose from. Enjoyed visiting the old town and the aquarium. Great beach for swimming. Came by bus from Biarritz airport. Very cheap and easy. Bus station is a 10 minute walk. We had a great time and would definitely use again.

The best

Location very close to beach. Kettle provided with sachets coffee/tea. Very clean. Closed in Balcony was useful and kept street noise down.

To be improved

Bathroom very small. Room quite small. Air con very noisy. Walls so thin could hear lots of noise from other guests. I'm aware this is an expensive resort but did not find the pension good value for money.

“Great stay (even when you got the flu)”
The best

Honestly everything was great. Perfect location - right night to the beach in the city center. Staff was kind and helpful. They offer a small discount for parking nearby which is nice (pick the bus station parking, safe and 9min away) Slept a lot here because I got a flu lol 🥲 Thanks for the free tea.

To be improved

Pensión is a bit dated and not sound proof, but no issues. Busy street, so if you face the street maybe it’ll be noisy.
