“Perfect accommodation in San Sebastian”
The best

Perfect location, 5min walk from the bus station and 10min walk to the old town and beach! Very uncomplicated check in, we were greeted nicely, and the room was cleaned every day.

“Highly Recommendad Pension Close To The Beach And Old Town.”
The best

Ricardo and his staff were friendly and professional. Room was of a reasonable size and cleaned daily to a high standard. No air conditioning but an effective floor standing fan was provided and worked well. Beds were comfortable but slightly too short for this 1.95m Scotsman!

To be improved

The main entrance door to the building has ornate gold trim which is unfortunately in need of maintenance as sharp metal edges are exposed and can cause lacerations if you’re unaware. The building’s owners are aware and repair is scheduled.

The room was cleaned every day, staff was friendly and available. The bed, bedding, fixtures, linens etc are all updated/good quality.

To be improved

Be sure to look at the description. The room does not have air conditioning, and the square footage is pretty small. If there happens to be a heat wave, it could be pretty warm, though a large fan is provided and would likely be sufficient for most. Sleeping with the balcony door open I think would be be a bit loud for some. The balcony doors are very soundproof, so it's quiet even with the little bits of street noise out there with balcony doors closed.

“Cosy stay near old town”
The best

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room on a pedestrian street close to the old town. Quiet and comfortable. Clean bathroom. Slept well 😊 A beach towel was provided, which was super handy. (Having beach umbrellas available to borrow as well would have been great as there is no shade on the beach and very limited options to rent. But only a suggestion and not a complaint). Would stay here again!
