It was spacious for the two of us, and views were incredible. Handy with having the pool just downstairs as other blocks had further to walk. It was in a quiet area of Condado too. There’s no room attached to the left of the property too so couldn’t hear neighbours. Owners/ key holder were easy to get in touch with and office is in the main building too.

To be improved

We wished it was made more clear about having to pay for units for the AC, but wasn’t too much of a big deal.

The key holder was unaware of our arrival despite us having received a confirmation email from them. The apartment was not ready for occupation when we arrived but the key holder did sort things out and within 2 hours it was ready.
