poor cleanliness, dirty walls, mattresses slid off beds, poor cooking facilities, no trays or racks in oven, so unable to use, no lock on bathroom door, front door not fitted properly, had to clean patio doors as was filthy on arrival, bathroom un hygienic, clothes horse falling to pieces, dusty, no bowls, poor cutlery.beds very uncomfortable, sofa bed in living room, very uncomfortable to sit on. wall sockets in bedroom loose. Extremally disappointed

Where to start… it’s dangerous! The electrics don’t work, the sockets or lights do not work. Broken glass which has been left cracked for months. The shower door does not shut and water is everywhere, my mum slipped and hurt herself. The bbq is filthy, you would catch food poisoning and has cockroaches round it. The blinds don’t shut, black spots in the beds. Due to the faulty electrics the cooker hob is faulty and the kettle overheats. No oven trays, no bowls, no sink plug. The keys are very temperamental. Awning is broken and so are the patio chairs - they are taped together. Reported this and no maintenance man came out, we had to leave and they did not refund and actually was very rude and disgusting, we evidenced everything with pictures and videos. My advice is do not put yourselves through the trauma, honestly it’s bad.

The awning didn't work as it was broken. No sink plug or washing up bowl. Bbq unusable due to not being cleaned. No cleaning products whatsoever. No wine glasses or bowls. Grease from bbq attracted cockroaches. Lounger had been repaired with tape. All this has been advised to letting agent. Key has to be collected and returned to letting agent. A 20 minute walk away.

Actually, the rest! The photos are deceiving, the decor is such that it looks beautiful on the photos. In reality exactly the opposite. The refrigerator in the living-room, also the broom cupboard! No sofa in the living room, but a bed, with a second mattress that you can slide out from underneath. So, in fact a 3-bedroom flat. The terrace has 6 plastic chairs. With 1 lounger, for 6 people! The beautiful, green loungers, were no longer available. See the photos in the review on this site from last year, 2023, June. All that for 130 euros per night in the first week of June.
