The location and the amount of space in the apartment. The host put so much thought into the guests comfort. Magnus greeted us and told us everything we needed to know about the property. It is very close to the train station and bus stops so it is very easy to get around. This was a huge bonus for us as we didn’t hire a car so we used the trains and buses to go out daily, it’s a beautiful area with lots to see and do. The pool is lovely and clean, we used it daily. The apartment is in a lovely quiet residential area and yet close to the lovely town centre of Arroyo where there is an abundance of bars and restaurants to choose from. Heidi did everything to make us feel welcome and Magnus explained everything about the apartment in detail. It really is an exceptional property, so much space and we really felt at home here.

Really spacious and comfortable apartment. Fabulous terraces. We were there during the winter so it was great to have the covered areas as well as the open areas. The apartment is really well equipped and the owners provided lots of info on both the apartment and the area. It was also really quiet at night and the bed was super comfortable, so we slept really well. It's just a few mins walk to the train station and the restaurants and shops in Benalmadena centre. We walked to the beach area very easily, and even walked to Benalmadena pueblo (about 1 hour each way). Being this close to the train was a real bonus, we went a few times onto Malaga old town, which is just fabulous. I highly recommend this great apartment
