The apartment was a stunning design. The Air-conditioning and WiFi were excellent and the location of the property was very suited to our needs. The grounds and facilities outside were very pleasing.

To be improved

The lack of general facilities in the apartment was the worst that we have encountered in 20+ years of renting properties in Spain. For example, there was no washing powder, only four towels for an 11 night stay, no washing up liquid, there was no plug for the kitchen sink nor washing-up bowl, etc. We had chosen this property, despite it having no bath, because the Booking.com description listed as available on site, both a sauna and hot tub - this proved not to be the case. Possibly these facilities were available in the spa, however, this was fully closed during July and August. When it appeared to open in September we were still unable to get entry using our provided fob. The same information listed parking possible on site but we had to park on the road outside the complex. Another major frustration was that rubbish had to be bagged and delivered to off-site roadside areas as the complex has no arrangement for collections.

Hosts were super helpful when our BA flights were changed and the couple that greeted us on arrival were knowledgeable about the area, recommending a coup,d of lovely restaurants which we hadn’t tried before. Made our trip really easy.

Liked roof terrace. Liked views from roof terrace. Plenty china cutlery etc. Swimming pool and indoor pool. Gardens were lovely.

To be improved

Shower was not as clean as could have been. Bedding/towels didn't meet our expectations. Chest of drawers in bedroom would have been helpful.
