“A great little find”

The best

Good location. An easy 20 minute walk into the centre of Malaga. Good communication with host who was very responsive to any problems. Great value for money. Close to a large well stocked Supermarket Dia. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace. We were out most of the time in Malaga but there was enough room for 2 couples and we liked having two bathrooms.

To be improved

The shower in the main bathroom leaked the first time we used it but it was fine for short showers.

The apartment is around 15 minutes' walk from the centre. All was clean and comfortable, the terrace is nice.

To be improved

Calling it a penthouse is a bit of an exaggeration, it's a nice, small flat, that's it. Unfortunately one of the showers was leaking and the bathroom was literally flooded after taking a shower. Looks like the drain had not been cleaned for a while. Kitchen was not well equipped either - you book for 4 people and you have just 2 wine glasses etc. Basis stuff that can be fixed easily.

Bed settee had stain on it. Electric cooker not working properly. Shower drain smell and flooding. Air con heater not working. Someone’s dog making nose.

“We would definitely return to this apartment if we came back to Malaga.”

The best

The property was a short walk from the historic centre. The accommodation was suitable for our needs. The outside terrace was a huge bonus, particularly as the weather was so good. Most of the day the sun was on the terrace. The host was always available by whatsapp. We asked if we could leave our bags past the checkout time of 11 and the host was very accommodating and let us stay in the apartment for an extra 2 hours which helped us out enormously.

To be improved

The apartment could have been a little bit cleaner. The kettle did not work but the host did offer to replace it. There was very little storage in the kitchen. We were a family of 5 and would have liked better storage to enable us to cook over the Chistmas period.
