The location was great and the size of the rooms was big.

To be improved

The host was not communicating with us. During our stay, we sent a number of messages to her, but she did not respond to our messages. For example, we communicate to her from the beginning that we are going to checkout by 12:00 noon. She never told us that checkout is at 11:00 am. So, in that morning we went outside to take our breakfast in a nearby restaurant. When we return to the apartment by 11:30 we were shocked to find the door code to be changed. We were locked outside the apartment sending her multiple messages to come and open the door. She never respond. Luckily, the housekeeper came to clean the appartement and she let us in to pick up our belongings. One last thing, one of the bathrooms was very smelly. It was so bad.

Location and cleanliness. Additionally the appartment was very confortable.

To be improved

The information wasn't clear since the driver who picked up us on the airport. At the beginning we didn't know that the checkin was later so we arrived to the facilities and after that we had to return to the host offices.

The best

The location was great - and the house is very spacious.

To be improved

We were treated really poorly. We were forced to overcommit to the maximum number of possible guests (7) - and then when we showed up just 5 people we were asked to pay city taxes for 7. The water is the showers had really bad temperature - either too hot or frozen - as the showers were broken.
