Penthouse Duplex Javea Pueblo

The apartment is wonderful - presented immaculately clean, very well fitted out & furnished, it feels like a home not a rented apartment. The front balcony and generous roof terrace are fantastic - the bed was very comfortable and the airconditioning was super! The location is excellent - just a short easy walk into the centre of Javea's old town, with good facilites all around the area. Our hosts Pascal & Evelyne were great - so friendly, kind and approachable - whenever we messaged they always replied quickly and were very helpful. We had a lovely stay and will look forward to going back - we would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Everything was perfect! The location was ideal — right around the corner from the Old Town and just a 15-minute walk to the harbour. The apartment itself was stunning, even better than the photos. It was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back, as well as recommending it to friends and family.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful accommodation in Xàbia. The apartment was very modern, impeccably clean, and had two wonderful balconies — the upper one offering a stunning view. The location was absolutely perfect, situated between the old town and the harbor. It’s just a short 3-minute walk to the charming old town, and you can easily reach the harbor on foot in about 15–20 minutes. Parking was easy with access to an underground garage, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Although we arrived late at night, they made it very easy for us to collect the keys without any hassle. Everything was perfect — truly one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Xàbia. Highly recommended!

Immaculate flat with great amenities. Just a stone throw from Xabia city centre. The apartment has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, fast internet wifi, comfortable beds, private parking and fabulous views from the always sunny terraces. Evelyn and Pascal were the perfect hosts - the communication throughout was excellent and they provided everything we needed. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.
