Nice and spacious appartment. Walking distance to the beach. We could leave our bags already early in the morning while the appartment was being cleaned, great host.

The property was spacious and was perfect for a girls trip away. Lots of bathroom space and places to hang clothes.

To be improved

The property was quite unclean and looked like it had been cleaned just before we arrived. The fridge was also very dirty. The fridge was broken when we arrived. Luckily we managed to fix it as I don't think they would have sent anyone out.

I returned home friday 19th of april, and as of today (30th april) I have NOT received my €200 deposit back. And staff has NOT responded to support messages or e-mail since 19th of april. This is extremely unprofessional. Only responses i get is through booking.com support getting emails from them and they only tell lies. They claim elevator was fixed and working on two seperate instances and yet when i went to check the elevator was NOT functional. No running water, and elevator was not working when we arrived Sunday night. Water and elevator was not fixed until Wednesday morning. We were given no notice upon arrival of the water situation and very little communication in general. Some other issues were shower in main bedroom's bathroom was not draining properly. Requiring to use little water or take breaks in the shower to let water drain, very inconvenient. Dirty towel. Doorknob on the inside of the other bathroom fell off. Sketchy wiring hooked up to wireless router.

My host was lovely. I was fortunate as the property wasn’t occupied before me so was able to secure early check in and the host met me on time shortly after we vacated our Uber. The apartment is stunning. Very well designed. Modern. Air con in all rooms which also doubles up as heating too. Beautiful private outdoor area with seating. Pictures don’t do it justice it’s very new. Amazing location. Huge supermarket with everything only a 5 minute walk. Burger King 5 mins away plus loads of other local restaurants. Marbella old town is around a 15 minute walk. Puerto Banús is 15 mins in an Uber. Nearest Starbucks 15 minute walk also.

To be improved

Just some feedback to consider which I think will improve the apartment even more. A complimentary small pack of washing laundry tablets would be amazing. As we stayed for a short period of time it wouldn’t have been cost effective to purchase laundry items as we would have had to leave them behind. It was dusty on the floor so I’d recommend passing this onto the cleaner so he/she can do a more through job with cleaning
