Everything about the property was actually exceptional.

To be improved

Normally I would give this property a 10/10. Unfortunately it stated on the facilities they had an iron in the property. When we checked there was no iron, nor any response from the property owners or staff. If it had been any ordinary day we would have been ok with it, but it was NYE at 19:30. We had travelled from England so our NY outfits were badly creased. Obviously we were very unhappy as it had stated they had an iron at the property. My partner wanted me to give them a 0/10. That wouldn’t be fair. Other than the lie about the iron it is Infact lovely.
