“A well equipped apartment in a great location with free parking.”

The apartment is spacious, with good facilities and a nice roof terrace with a hot tub. It is in a good location. The parking is useful but tight - underground parking garage below the apartment. It would be challenging with an estate/sedan car or anything bigger than a small SUV.

To be improved

We checked in on the day of the Spain-wide power cut which also affected phone service. The team managing the apartment helpfully sent us check in details, however the key we were left only had a fob (requiring electricity) to access the apartment block, but no physical key. We essentially couldn’t access our apartment and couldn’t contact the management team. Thankfully another resident let us in, and we were then able to access our apartment and there was a key for the main door. We unfortunately found the apartment very dusty and the floor unclean, so we had to sweep and clean the surfaces (none of this would have required electricity). However, these were exceptional circumstances which we appreciated and otherwise the apartment was nice, the bedding and towels were clean, and the location was great for exploring cadiz.
