“Fantastic stay, safe and spacious,ideal for families with small kids”

Its a very nice apartment with a modern décor, super large terrace and fantastic views. Its quiet, safe and well equipped, especially the kitchen. For those coming with kids they have a sun umbrella in the apartment should you consider bringing over or getting one here. It would have been good to know for us so that I do not bother with a popp up tent to squeeze in to my luggage. Its also easy to find your way here, there is a good bunch of shops and super markets nearby. We visited some really good beaches and restaurants in ca 10 min drive. Rent a car is a must to have when you book this apartment but uber is also an option. Would definitely come back.

The communication style and manner by our host Jon.. he is okay until you address any issues to him. Once he is being challenged he will get upset and tells you that you should contact the owner via whatsup but until this very moment he is nice. He arrived with a Porsche and said he has 10+ apartments but after that it turns out that he is only responsible for the handover of the keys.. and should not be bothered with anything else. He sent us a very informative pdf about the apartment rules etc. but apparently the address was incorrect in it. It said block 2 but the apartment is in block 1. This is very confusing when all 4 blocks look exactly the same and he got upset that my hubi did not pay attention to him when explaining about the parking etc.and it turned out that we are in the wrong building… I hope he updated it already as we advised to do so. Oh and the aircon only works for 2 hours which is really not ideal especially when you have such heavy duvets. Would recommend to use light summer duvets instead at least for the summer. I would also recommend to have mosquito nets for the windows as our kiddos collected quite some bites which was not nice.

“Spacious apartment in a lovely area.”

Excellent apartment. Really good size with fantastic balcony with view over golf course opposite and sea in the distance. Elviria is a great area with fantastic beaches and lots of vegetation and trees. Have been to Spain quite a bit but first time in this area and would highly recommend. Servane who met us was great and use of garage for one car all worked well.

Nothing to not like. Apartment definitely works better with a car.
