Antonio and Vanessa were great hosts. They met us at property and provided an overview of the apartment. The location was excellent to get around to major attractions. It was very clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. You could choose to sleep in the loft or on the pull out sofa bed.

To be improved

You had to be very careful going up and down the steep steps to the loft area.

You don’t see it in the photos, but you cannot stand on the upper floor! I had to be on my knees! In addition there was a problem with the hot water and it lasted only 5 minutes.

There’s a lot of equipment (kettle, stove, fridge, heaters and AC, washer) and it’s very secure with your own key to the building

To be improved

It’s super small compared to the pictures, it wasn’t the cleanest apartment (sheets were dirty) and there were no long mirrors, but the host got us one during our stay

“Great location close to centre”

The best

The location of the studio is excellent. It is in a quiet street close to public transport, San Bernardo and Quevedo metros. Close to the property are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and great shopping on Rue Funceral with both independent and high street stores. You are in walking distance of the historic centre, (Sol/Plaza Major) Gran Via and Plaza de Espana. The sofa bed was comfortable and the personnel was helpful.

To be improved

The property only has an interior courtyard view so there is a lack of natural day light. It is not super dark although I imagine in winter it would be. For a short stay it was fine as I spent very little time inside the studio. The loft part is not suitable for adults due to the ceiling height and would only accommodate very small children, the ladder down is also very steep.
