“Exceptional”
“I had a Great time.”
The property was good and it was centrally located.
The property front was at sidewalk level which was good except for the street noise till about 11:00.
“Very good”
“Great location for a few nights.”
The location is perfect. Kitchen is good enough for breakfast. WiFi was working correctly.
The sofa is too uncomfortable. There is no AC. There is a fan but definitely not enough. This is a ground exterior apartment. Expect noise from outside and people walking past the window.
“Great stay at Ruzafa”
Location and neighbourhood is fantastic and the loft is at the heart of it close to buses and metro stations.

“A great apartment operated by a firendly host in a funky part of town.”
I visited as a single traveller, and this apartment was ideal, though it would be great for a couple too. The host communicated via WhatsApp, replying to messages within minutes. He or she (we didn't meet in person) also sent links to information about Valencia that was useful (though I had visited the city before and knew my way around pretty well). Access to the property involved picking up the key from a key safe on the wall, and detailed instructions were provided by the host. I only used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and coffee/snacks, but it was well stocked with crockery and cutlery etc. The coffee maker was the Dolce Gusto type and the host had kindly left a few coffee pods. Unlike other apartments I've stayed in, there was oil, salt, pepper, etc. The (sofa) bed was large and comfortable. The apartment is on the ground floor, on the street, but there was little noise from outside (though if you're the kind of person who likes to go to bed early you might be disturbed, I suppose). The barrio of Ruzafa is a nice part of town, with plenty of bars and restaurants — many of them a bit cheaper than the touristy centre. The old town is about 15 minutes' walk away, as is the railway station, so the location is really convenient. I was able to check out a little later than the specified time, which was really helpful (though this would probably not have been possible if they'd needed to get the place ready for another guest that day).
I loved everything. If I had to pick one thing to criticise, I'd say that two small tubes of shower gel was not quite enough for a four-night stay. However, the host was so helpful I'm sure if I'd asked for more, it would have been supplied! But I always buy a bottle of gel from Mercadona when I arrive in Spain (less than a Euro), so it wasn't an issue for me.
