“Truly Spanish and authentic”

The resort of playa honda is exactly what we were hoping for. Very Spanish and full of local bars and restaurants. Not too busy and very laid back. Not a gift shop or English pub in sight. Our aprtments were very well maintained and in a lovely complex with a nice size pool. The pool was quiet nearly all day so sunbeds were not a problem. Location was a 2 min walk from beach and beautiful promenade. Very well equipped aprtment and very spacious. Everything we needed was there for us.

To be improved

There were no real issues, but the upstairs bed was very high and against the wall on one side, which made it difficult to get in and out of. Also, the pillows were not to our liking and a little uncomfortable.

The villa is moments walk from one of the longest promenades in Europe and some fantastic beaches. The local restaurants are outstanding, with great tapas, Italian and fish restaurants short walks away. The villa is on a complex with a large, shared swimming pool complete with loungers and gates to keep small children safe. The villa has two good sized bedrooms, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a holiday and more. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of space to eat outside on the terrace, which has sunshades. The owner of the villa was extremely kind and communicated clearly. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs and nothing was too much trouble.

“Absolute Paradise in Lovely Playa Honda.”

Fabulous house in beautiful residential complex with direct access to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the sunny upstairs balcony off the bedroom and terrace downstairs with garden. Super for al fresco dining and choice of sunshine or shade. Very well equipped throughout with everything you could possibly need...and more! Great to have 2 bathrooms..no waiting! Plenty good quality linen and towels. Very helpful owner who does everything to ensure you have a great stay. Quiet and relaxing complex swimming pool,attractive surroundings and lots of sunbeds. All beautifully maintained. We highly recommend this property and will return soon!

Really comfortable, spacy house with all the amenities you could think of. In a cosy quiet area and very close to the promenada. The host was very communicative in answering any questions/requests we might have We enjoyed the stay very much!
