“Good base for Cuenca and southern Serrania”

The best

Decorated with love and taste. Feels like a home from the start. Complete kitchen. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, as does the lower floor! Comfy beds. Friendly host. Good location, walk right up to old town as well as the new path next door - easy parking a short walk out and rapid access to Serrania de Cuenca if you would like to visit that with the town as a base .

To be improved

Be careful with beams on lower floor if you are a tall person.

“Cosy and well equipped Appartment , close to the old city and river”

Homy, private, all facilities are there, fully equipped kitchen and bikes too. Close to old town a many dining options and close parking places

To be improved

Heating was not easily controlled, coffee perculator had a malfunction but owner preferred to say it worked the other week rather than coming by to fix it

“It’s a great place to stay, and for the price, I doubt there’s a better tourist rental in Cuenca.”

The best

The house itself and the location, at the bottom of the old town, are absolutely perfect for a visit to Cuenca. The owner met me in person to show me around the house and give me the keys. Despite my limited Spanish he was incredibly kind, messaging me in advance to let me know the bus timetable from the AVE station outside the city. Compared to many tourist rentals the kitchen is fantastically equipped.
