Perdigon 325 Paradise Casasol

We stayed here with our family in the second half of July. The weather was sunny every day. The apartment was just as described — clean and tidy, with everything we needed. The view of the mountains and the sea from the windows and terrace was absolutely stunning. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small welcome gift — a bottle of wine and some nuts, as well as a starter set of cleaning supplies, which was very convenient until we bought our own. The apartment is located about 10 minutes from the town center and a large supermarket, with small shops nearby as well. The bus stop is also very close — just a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. The nearest beach is around 10 minutes on foot, but there are many others along the coast, so we visited different ones every day. It was also great to have access to a pool — the water was clean and there weren’t many people. The area is quiet and perfect for a family holiday.

The location was perfect for all areas

Loved the location, less than 10 mins walk to Burriana beach or into the old town. Lovely supermarket and bakery with fresh warm bread within a few minutes walk. Lovely sea and mountain views and watched the sunrise in the mornings. Lovely private pool. Lovely apartment and the Casasol team are really lovely and helpful. Great air con, which we needed with the gorgeous weather we had.

Great views over the mountains and ocean

A Casasol agent met us at the address within minutes of our arrival. Communication with Casasol was excellent. The accommodation felt secure and as it is located in a cul de sac, there is no through traffic, very quiet at night time. The pool area was immaculately clean and most afternoons we were the only people in it! The property is in a very central position for the beach, Nerja centre, bus station and supermarkets. Inside everything was clean and in good working order, the photographs appeared a little confusing (washing machine in the toilet and fridge-freezer in the dining room) but the owners have utilised the space to its maximum. The kitchen area is small but very well equipped and by using the apartment space effectively, there is everything needed for very comfortable living. The balcony and dining room views are lovely and we had sunny breakfasts outside every day. The very best feature for us was the air conditioning (we had a very hot week!) there are units in the living, dining and bed room, all fully functional and efficient.
