Distance between apartment and key collection Keys to gate entry not given on arrival had to wait for them to be delivered and then taken away on the last day so only one key available for us Door Gates to outside area very stiff to open and close very dirty paint peeling Shutters very stiff and difficult to open

getting the key from a lockbx is v inconvwnient.

property dated, not clean, rusting metal, dark corner location, flaking paint on walls, dirty marks on walls, difficult to open shutters, shutter not locking properly, sun until 1pm and then gloomy and cold / dark area - over priced.

WiFi broke but was quickly fixed by the property management/owner. small issue with ants but powder was provided. one cockroach found in bathroom but we got rid of it. Sofas a bit tired, pillows not great

The staff were very rude around the complex . Kids not allowed to play with a football. Bars on all outside windows
