It was a lovely safe neighbourhood, 15 min walk to the beach and the restaurants/clubs. Flat was as shown on the photos.

To be improved

The flat was lovely, and the facilities were as shown on the photos, however unfortunately, there was an issue with cockroaches. We found 5 during our two night visit. We spoke of this to with the hosts once we gave the keys back. They apologised and explained they would make sure to have someone come in and fix the problem.

To be improved

I need to travel to different location to get the keys. Location to get the keys are quite far from the property. We have big luggage and need to go by bus to get the keys and go back there again to return the keys Bed are a bit uncomfortable Bathroom & bedroom beside bathroom is smell bad from drainage When having shower, water are wet the whole bathroom as drainage seem not work properly and no proper seal in the shower box

“Top notch 2 bed apartment in central Alicante, would definitely stay again”

The best

- Very well presented ground floor apartment with a lot of really nice touches in terms of decor and facilities - Aircon in living room and bedrooms, which was much needed - Location just outside of the main centre, really close to the castle, so quick access to most areas of Alicante - Even though it's a ground floor apartment, we had no issues with noise interfering with sleep - Hosting is all online, but hosts were really responsive to any queries - Was lucky to get parked on an adjacent street for the few days we stayed

To be improved

Not things we did not like as overall this is a great apartment, but things that could be improved: - Lockbox on the door has been damaged, so was difficult to get keys out .. reported this so will hopefully be resolved shortly - Shower was lovely with good pressure, but be careful it does not overflow onto bathroom floor like it did on our first use - Toaster did not work and had problems with oven/microwave combo (controls unresponsive, would not start) after first use
