“A good apartment to stay in if you want a beachside retreat and are happy to self cater.”

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, we were met and given the keys and had constant text access to the manager who was very pleasant and helpful. Lovely to look out to the beachfront from the balcony and living area. The bed was very comfortable and even beach towels were provided.

To be improved

We would not recommend this area for dining out. There are very few restaurants, and those which are open have extremely limited opening days and times. Some of the recommended restaurants are permanently closed. This was very disappointing for us. Luckily the kitchen is well equipped, but most people on holiday will want to eat out. The view from the apartment is lovely, but the local area is not attractive. There is also quite a bit of evidence of dog walking on the streets and beach. The shower leaks badly which means a big mop up after every shower.

“Perfect sea view!”

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Great to be able to have breakfast on the terrace with sea view. We almost felt like at home. Comfortable beds. well equipped kitchen. Very nice and helpful owner.

On the beach, secure parking, lovely bed linen. Extras like salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee and many other condiments where very welcome.

The best

The apartment had a perfect beach view. We rented a scooter in Valencia, so we could easy go for groceries in Perello or visit the beautiful lake of Albufeira.
