“Good overall, but could have been better.”
The best

The location was great and the room was clean. It was easy to find and easy to access the building also. I liked the layout of the rooms also. On the whole, it was a nice place with excellent access to nearby restaurants and the beach.

To be improved

The lock of the front door malfunctioned, leaving my elderly parents outside at night and unable to open it with the key. While the property provided the number of a locksmith, he appeared nearly an hour later and just after the building supervisor had opened the door already for my parents. In short, that particular experience with the door left them a bit shaken.
