Everything was on a point 10. We were happy there, beautiful place, quiet at this time, beautiful view, nothing was missing . Anneke, the owner, is very willing, agreeable. Gail is nice, pleasant housekeeper.

The condo is very nicely done. The owners have done a wonderful job. Location to the beach and sunsets from the balcony are amazing.

Alot of construction/renovation is going on at this complex in June 2025, best to reach for status

“Superb”

The best

The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. The arrival instructions and contact with the owner beforehand were brilliant. The position close to the end of the harbour and overlooking the beach is wonderful. We have stayed in Poblado Marinera many times and this is the best we've had for views. Will stay here again when possible.

“Great stay and very pleasant, we would definitely return”

The best

Great location, peace and quiet Close to the beach, just walk down from apartments :) A few minutes walk to many restaurants and supermarket Very well equipped kitchen TV ready for Netflix or AppleTV etc. Private parking under the apartments (but it is paid, ~50 Euros/week) Great stay for family (2 adults, 2 kids)

The double bed is rather smaller but comfortable for 2 adults, i.e. ~ 140 cm wide Reconstruction of the nearby square during our stay (not directly under the terrace and not too noisy) Very difficult to find a parking space if you opt for free parking Knives are not very sharp

“Hands off - noisy construction now”

The apartment itsself is nice.

When we arrived on October 23 rd it was dark already. A bit tricky to find the aprtment but most annoying was that there was a lot of construction noise from 8.00 until 17.00 each day we stayed. They are renovation the whole complex with up to 12 workers on site - redoing tile works in the court yard below, tile work with grinder cutting and running new pipes in the apartments and redoing work in the garage. So we also could not use the garage. and had to find parking place for our car which is almost impossible in that area. The owner did not warn us about the construction going on while we should have stayed. We had to move out after three nights so noisy was it and it was extreley difficult to find a new accomodation on such short notice. The beach around the corner was closed by the authorities because of falling stones - not the responsibility of the owners but we we also not informed about this. We had to complain and involve booking.com to get some of our money back.
