Petit apartment LOS REMEDIOS

It's not as clean as I would like, it was obviously cleaned really fast, dirty, and dusty at places. Found 2 kids toys under the bed where the kids slept ( with lots of dust). You can tell that the apartment is fairly renewed, but with no proper care and bad cleaning. Good thing we only slept there, because there is very little utensils, the hob is cracked. The freezer made us laugh, it probably hasn't been cleaned ever. I don't know maybe the standards are lower for cleanliness than what we are used to, but it definitely isn't a clean apartment and it definitely doesn't deserve the rating it has ( that was the main reason I made the reservation there). The washing machine rusty, not a good look. Overall I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

Only one thing that was not perfect, it was a litlle bit cold in the apartment, althougt there are ACs.

Night street noise and thin building walls don't make the sleep easy.

It is the 3rd floor apartment with NO elevator. (For Americans that’s the 4th floor.) They list laundry 🧺, but it’s used to dry things from previous renter…really not available. They were going to lock laundry room, but left it open, but really not usable.
