Petit Palace Arturo Soria Alcalá

We spent a week at Petit Palace Arturo Soria when visiting Madrid. It’s in a very convenient location with the fantastic metro system, buses, shops & restaurants all nearby. Our room provided all the comforts we needed & the included breakfast was excellent which was a great bonus. Edu & Eduardo on the desk were always so helpful & obliging with looking after any of our queries. My only negative was the family room on the level above ours was noisy when it was occupied which we noticed mostly at night. Perhaps there’s no insulation between the 2 floors.

Very nice hotel in Madrid. A bit far from the center, but this is not a problem if you take the metro. Rooms are wide and clean and breakfast is really good. Prices are reasonable

Very nice and welcoming staff. Sadly we could not enjoy the free bike rental, but for sure next time when we are in Madrid we will book a room here. The manager also came by at the breakfast table to ask how everything was and if there is anything we miss or can be improved.

The breakfast and location. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working but they provide us with a portable unit. For us it was a good solution.

Staff was very kind and helpful. On our first night, the air-con stopped working and they were quick to find different solutions (more than one). We were very happy with the solution. Parking on the premises was another plus. Also, it was close to the airport. 15 minute drive. They had gluten free bread and cupcake.
