Petit Palace Chueca

Easy check-in, clean rooms. The people working the front desk were very helpful. Alex was great!! She let us store our bags after we checked out so we could walk around the city before we left for our flight.

We have been staying at Petit Palace Chueca Hotel for the past two weeks and will remain for another week, and our experience has been truly wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located, comfortable, and filled with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What makes the difference, however, is the people. A special thank you to Flavio at reception, who has been exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. When we asked whether it might be possible to move to a nicer room for our final week, he handled our request with such ease, kindness, and professionalism that it made the whole experience feel effortless. It is these thoughtful gestures and genuine hospitality that turn a good stay into a memorable one. We are very grateful to Flavio and to the entire team for making us feel so well taken care of. We are truly enjoying our time here and look forward to the rest of our stay.

Everything was great, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Araceli, who were very kind and positive. I would definitely recommend this place.
