“3 nights in Madrid!”
Just returned from 3 nights staying at this hotel with my husband. Our room was on the 5th floor which was fine as there is a working elevator, though small. Pros: - modern bathroom with great powerful shower - bed was very comfy - central location was brilliant - room was cleaned everyday and upon arrival received 2 free bottles of water but this was not replenished, something to be aware of Cons: - room was exceptionally small with little room if any to walk around the bed - the walls are paper thin, we could hear conversations from the rooms either side of us and could hear everything in the bathroom, so fingers crossed you know the person intimately well if you're sharing a room! If you're sensitive to noise, this may not be for you - room was quite tired (but the bathroom was modern!) - no kettle only a coffee machine We were room only so can't comment on the breakfast but the breakfast room looked nice. They have storage facilities if you have a late flight like we did. Our room did have a balcony which would have been lovely in the summer but was not used as we're in autumn. But it was nice to open the door to get some fresh air. To note, we stayed in Madrid when the NFL game was on so all hotels were mightily expensive and i don't think this hotel was worth the money we paid. Despite all this, would I recommend? I think yes, we had a good stay, the location was good and the bed was comfy. The noise was annoying in the morning but it didn't disturb our sleep, so for the right price, it's a good hotel.
“Nothing · Cons: The hotel is not clean at all, and the breakfast is very bad. The price is considered exaggerated for the place and service. I was charged 25 euros because I was collecting things Because I was staying in the hotel for less than an hour before checkout time. At first, they asked me for 50 euros.”

“Ideally placed for a city break.”
Excellent location and friendly reception
“Very good, employees helpful, incredibly central and comfortable.”
The location was incredible, very central and easy to reach public transport and even popular landmarks. Room was very comfortable - small, but it was enough for what we needed. The amenities were very good and the breakfast was good. We were able to adjust the AC in the room and it was incredibly clean.
When we checked-in, we were told that we had breakfast available to us - we asked again to clarify what we needed to do when going down for breakfast and we were told to only tell the employee our room number. It was never clarified that we needed to pay, even after clarifying and we weren't even told when the employee checked our room number. When we came to check out, we were told that we needed to pay the fee. Thankfully the receptionist there helped us and got us half off the fee, which we were incredibly thankful for. I understand that it was a miscommunication, and we are thankful for the help, but it would be good if when a person staying at the hotel goes down for breakfast, someone is there to check and tells them if they have breakfast available or they need to pay.
“Tiny cozy room in a heart of Madrid”
Great location at the very centre of Madrid and yet somehow quite street. My room was tiny but has everything essential for the comfort. It looks like Shower room was recently renovated and it works well. All staff were very supportive and friendly, communication during booking stage was very prompt and clear.
Rooms are really small, it’s okay for a few nights but might be difficult for longer stays, especially for couples.
